Carbon felts

We offer our graphite felts as both hard felt insulation and soft felt insulation. While carbonized and graphitized hard felt impresses as dimensionally stable insulation material, soft felt is highly flexible and easy to work with.

Plates

Our plates made of carbon-fiber-reinforced carbon (CFC) are often used in combination with our carbon felts to protect your furnace reliably and permanently from corrosion and damage. The lining plates stand out with high strength at low weight.

Graphite foils

Our micro-perforated graphite foils provide additional protection for furnace insulation. Mechanical damage or gas erosion hits the foil first, which is much cheaper and easier to replace than the entire insulation.

Profiles

We offer a wide variety of standard profiles as well as patented profiles (double-L) to protect your insulation from gas erosion and mechanical damage. Extend the lifespan of your insulation, reduce rejection rates, and minimize downtime due to maintenance or repairs.
